Ticket Overview
Every Ticket that has been created, used, unused, revoked or used up is listed in the Ticket Overview.
Besides the various ways of filtering for specific tickets or groups of tickets we can also examine detailed information about a ticket.
When clicking on the “i” icon which every ticket has, a pop up will be produced with all the relevant information that might be needed.

- Ticket Creation and Expiration Date
- Last IP & MAC Address, Device Types
- Ticket Limits (Volume, Time, Bandwidth, Shared Limits,…)
- Application Control Profile / Port Filter Group
- Logon Hours
- Activity History (Logins, Logouts, Reasons for Logouts,…)
- and many more
The Devices Tab contains information about all devices that were logged in with this ticket:
And the History Tab contains an overview over the entire ticket history in form of devices that logged in, devices that were logged off, the reason for logouts, IP and MAC Address as well as Date & Time:
