Firewalls: Required ports
Operating the IACBOX behind a firewall is part of operating the IACBOX securely.
In order for the system to work properly behind a firewall, the following ports need to be open for outgoing connections.
Most of the required ports are standard and already open in common setups as you don’t want to restrict access for guest devices on your network.

| 123 TCP | NTP (Network Time Protocol) - Time synchronization |
| 443 TCP/UDP | HTTPS - License registration and update |
| 1194 UDP | iacbox.cloud VPN (if enabled) |
| 4222 TCP | iacbox.cloud Messaging (if enabled) |
| 5555 TCP | Remote control for support |
