Activating Connection Tracking

Connection tracking is off by default and can be activated in the Settings / Connection tracking menu of the WebAdmin.

Inspecting Connection Tracking Logs

Inspecting the connection tracking logs can be done in two ways.

One way is to inspect all connections globally in the Reporting / Connection tracking log menu.

Another way of inspecting the connection tracking logs is to navigate to Users / Tickets / Overview and clicking on the “i” symbol of the specific ticket that needs inspection. Note that if the Ticket has Child-Tickets, the “i” symbol has to be clicked on the specific Child-Ticket.

As long as Connection Tracking is active there will be a tab called Connection Tracking. This tab will show connections only for this specific device.
Choose the ‘From’ and ‘To’ Date and click on Load Data to populate the table with the requested data.

All logs can be downloaded in CSV and XLSX format for offline inspection.
