WebAdmin printing layout

Basic Settings #

Tickets can be printed by a local printer during manual ticket creation via the WebAdmin or by clicking on the print icon on a particular ticket within the Users/Tickets/Overview menu.

Both will trigger the a local printer pop up in the browser in which the printer settings can be made.
IACBOX specific settings for local printer printouts can be made in the Printing -> WebAdmin printing layout of the WebAdmin.

The format can be either A5 or 80mm.
With the Print Note settings determine whether or not the notes section of the ticket printout will be shown:

Editing the Printouts #

Much like most other aspects of the IACBOX the WebAdmin ticket printouts can be fully customized in form of an XML document.
