Oracle Opera Cloud OHIP

This interface connects to the Oracle Opera Cloud PMS via OHIP (Oracle Hospitality Interface Platform) which acts as API layer towards Opera Cloud.

Steps to integrate with OHIP

In comparison to other simple PMS APIs, interfacing with OHIP includes many steps, including a manual setup from our side.

    1. First get access to the Oracle Hospitality Developer Platform
    1. Write an E-mail to support@iacbox.com with the following parts
    • Enterprise ID
    • Chain ID
    • Hotel ID
    1. We will create an OHIP environment and request approval via OHIP
    1. Approve our request for access
    1. The created environment provides the remaining two values needed for the API
    • Client ID
    • Client Secret
    1. In WebAdmin goto Login Methods -> PMS -> select Oracle Opera Cloud (OHIP)
    1. Enter all the needed values

Onboarding

We have to connect your OHIP account with our OHIP application. This is a manual step needed during setup.

Pricing

It’s important to know that Oracle charges for requests to OHIP.

To make it easier for you, we’ve included 10.000 requests per month in the IACBOX PMS module price for OHIP. If this is not sufficient there’s a package for more requests.
