Ticket printer configuration

Add ticket printer

Navigate in WebAdmin to Printing/Ticket printer.

Click on Add to get a new configuration line in the table. Set the printer configuration like type, location, layout, IP configuration and save.

Layout editor

Click on Open Layout Editor to open the layout editor in a popup. Custom layouts can be created there.

Tickets can be printed by pressing the feed button once or multiple times on the printer without the need to open a browser and using the WebAdmin. This is very handy for receptions, bars etc. where staff does not have time and/or skills to click around in a web interface.

Assign ticket templates

To assign which ticket is printed after pressing the feed button n times, visit the WebAdmin page Users/Tickets/Templates.

If ticket printers are configured, the template listing shows the printer assignment on the right. The assignment is only shown for ticket templates that are selected for Ticket printer.
