Text per login method
Add a custom text per login method to guide your WiFi users. Custom texts can be placed freely on the login page, but not inside the loginbox which contains the login methods itself. This feature let’s you add introduction or help texts which are
- placed above the login method itself
- fully translateable
Add a text
- Navigate in WebAdmin to Login page / Login Page Editor and click on Show/Edit next the the login page you want to change.
- Click on the login box to see the properties (or select Login box 1 on the left side menu at the bottom).
- On the right side of the editor the loginbox properties are shown. The Text per login method section is located at the bottom.
- Select the login method that should get an introduction text and tick the checkbox Show text and Save.
- The login box shows a placeholder text now above the login method Add translation…
If the login method with the added introduction text is not the first one you’ll have to
switch to the correct tab first. Switching tabs only works in preview mode. After selecting the tab with the wanted login method switch back to Edit Mode
to be able to change the translations.
- Click on the translation icon on the lower right corner of the text. Add as many translations as you like
The final result can be previewed now.
You can add one text per login method and translate it in many languages. Untranslated languages will fall back to english (or the set fallback under Login page / Languages and Translations)
