Ticket Prefixes

As tickets get created in the WebAdmin or via Batch Access API calls they will receive a prefix with which they can be identified more easily. These prefixes also serve as the ticket login username with which the guest will be able to log in.

Prefixes can also be assigned to individual Ticket Templates in the Ticket Template settings as explained above. They will appear on the Ticket Print-out as well as in the WebAdmin Ticket Overview.

Mandatory Fields

In case additional information from the ticket creator is required, Mandatory Fields that must be filled in at the time of creating the ticket can be defined in this section.

VAT

Value-Added Tax (VAT) can be adjusted here. This setting will reflect in the Ticket Statistics and on the Ticket Print-out.
Possible settings are No VAT, Including VAT and Excluding VAT as well as the VAT Rate and various descriptors.

This setting allows inserting a company logo on the WebAdmin Print-out.
The company logo maximum filesize is 1MB and allowed filetypes are .gif .jpg & .png

QR-Code

This setting allows inserting a QR-Code on the WebAdmin Print-out as well as on the Ticket Print-out. There are two different QR-Code types available:

  • WLAN SSID: This QR-Code will contain the WLAN SSID and password of the network the IACBOX is connected to. By scanning the QR-Code with a device, it will automatically connect to the configured WiFi network and the login page will be shown.

  • Loginpage (URL): This QR-Code will contain the URL of the IACBOX login page. By scanning the QR-Code with a device, it will automatically open the IACBOX login page in the default browser of the device.
